Return & Refund

At My Store, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy. For a return to be processed, we require the customer to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number is essential to begin the return process and must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

For products that are non-defective, you may return them for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. We cannot refund the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or duties on international orders. The product must be in resellable condition, meaning it should not be used, opened, or tampered with.

For defective products, we offer a full refund or a replacement if the item is found to be defective under the terms of our warranty. The warranty period begins from the purchase date, and you will need to provide the order number and serial number to return a defective item. Return shipping costs within the UK are covered by us for defective products within 30 days of the original purchase.
