1. Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you take possession of the items. 2. Returning Your Items
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the products. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. For skincare products, items that have been opened or have broken hygiene seals cannot be returned unless they are faulty. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
4. Refund Process
